in 1855 Ridgway tried electroplating
lustre but it did not take to well, so they gave it up.This is one of their attempts.

Silver berryspoon  c1810.
 The spoon is 1810 but the decoration was added in the Victorian period.

used by young women at balls.

Silver with mother of pearl handles c1835.
given to young girls going to 
boarding school.  This is in a nice case.
